I have been at ISU since 2017 and just joined UCAWGE in fall of 2020. I am thrilled to be working with such a great team on topics that are dear to my heart and center my research, writing, and teaching. I work on issues of transnational dance, social mobility, community building, and Latina/o/x life stories, specifically memoirs and oral history. My favorite activity during Covid is walking along our beautiful Ames parks.
